It’s a quick and easy way to receive goods ordered from internet stores or collective shopping portals.
When the parcel arrives in the Itella Parcel Shop, you will receive an SMS notification containing the following information:

  • Parcel number;
  • PIN Code
  • Parcel Shop name; address and opening hours
  • Retention period

When going to get the parcel, note the following

  • After receiving the SMS notification, you have 14 days to collect your parcel from the Itella Parcel Shop. Otherwise it will be returned to the sender.
  • Have a Pin Code and an identification document with you (passport, driving license, eID card)
  • Sign for receiving the parcel

You can return parcel if Shipper included to Your parcel „Return“ label. Please contact Itella customer service by e-mail or phone +370 652 06819 and book currier for Return parcel pick up.
